The app includes an interactive Chaplet of Divine Mercy you can pray along with, daily meditations, and prayer reminders you can set for yourself. It draws on the teachings of St. Faustina and the words of St. John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI, so you get both the prayers and the background that gives them weight.
Praying the Chaplet at three o'clock, the hour of mercy, is a habit a lot of us mean to keep and lose track of. Having the prayer ready on your phone with a reminder makes it far easier to actually stop and pray it. That it comes from the Marian Fathers themselves gives me confidence the content is faithful and not somebody's loose interpretation.
It is a good fit for anyone devoted to Divine Mercy, for someone who wants help praying the Chaplet daily, or for a person just learning about the devotion and wanting a trustworthy place to start. The daily meditations make it more than a one-time read.
There is not much to fault here, though a few things are worth saying.
