Daily Holy Rosary Prayer App

Daily prayer is easier when the next step is obvious. Rosary.Today, listed in the App Store as Daily Holy Rosary Prayer App, brings together the daily Mass readings, the Rosary and the Chaplet of Divine Mercy in one place. Open it and you can move from the day's readings straight into the Rosary, with the day's mysteries already chosen. That small convenience removes a lot of friction from a daily habit.

What it offers

The app is easy to use, and having the readings and the Rosary side by side makes it a good everyday companion. You can let the day's Scripture shape your meditation on the mysteries, then turn to the Chaplet in the afternoon or before bed. It is very well loved, with a 4.8 rating from more than 12,000 users, and it runs on iPhone and iPad.

The app's own store description is rather flowery, but the app itself is straightforward. You don't need to learn much before you start praying with it.

Cost and caveats

Rosary.Today is free to use, but the store lists several purchases, including options to remove ads, Premium access and donations, and the listing also marks it as having a subscription. It is worth checking what the free version covers before paying, and many users will be content without upgrading. It was last updated in February 2025.

It suits Catholics who want their daily prayer in one simple place: readings in the morning, the Rosary during the day and the Chaplet later on. It is also helpful for people building a Rosary habit for the first time, since the mysteries are chosen for you.

The verdict: Rosary.Today does its job well and is trusted by thousands. Start with the free version, and pay only if the ads bother you or you want to support the developer.
