The app gives you the full Bible in over 2,500 translations across more than 1,800 languages. You can read in parallel, switch translations on the fly, copy verses, and search the whole text. There are reading plans by the thousand — through the Bible in a year, gospels, topical plans on grief or marriage or anxiety. You can highlight, bookmark, take notes, and share verse images on social media. There is an audio Bible for many translations. You can share reading plans with friends and see what they are reading.

What you appreciate, after living with this app for a while, is the sheer reach of it. If a translation exists, this app probably has it. The reading plans are a real strength — committing to one keeps you in the Bible on a schedule, with reminders that nudge you back when you slip.
