Versle | Daily Bible Game

Versle is Wordle for the Bible. Every day, a new Bible verse is the puzzle, and you get five guesses to figure out which book, chapter, and verse it's from. After each guess, the app tells you whether you're in the right testament, the right book, near the right chapter — the same warm/cold mechanic Wordle uses.

It's the kind of game that surfaces how much (or how little) of the Bible you actually have memorized geographically. You might know the verse is about love, but is it from Paul or from John? First Corinthians 13 or 1 John 4? The game makes you reach for that kind of knowledge.

The interface is clean and simple — no ads pushing at you, no nagging notifications. One verse a day, five guesses, done.

What it's good for: a daily five-minute habit that quietly builds biblical literacy, family game night with older kids, or a small daily challenge with a spouse. If you and a few friends compete on streaks, the competition is fun.

What it's not: a study tool. The verses themselves are presented without context or commentary — once you've guessed correctly, that's the end of the round. If you want to actually meditate on the verse, you'll need to open a Bible afterward.
