The full Chemin Neuf repertoire is here. You get the essentials from the current songbook, the latest releases from Les Ateliers du Chemin Neuf, and the production tracks with vocal lines marked. Search works by keyword, by language, by Bible reference, by title, and by page number. You can filter your selection in several ways at once, and the songs you pick up most often surface quickly. Songs are downloaded once and read offline.
What I appreciate about this app is how clearly it is built for working musicians and worship leaders. Chord charts are right where you want them. The whole repertoire of the Chemin Neuf Community, with the essential bits of the new song booklet, but also the latest releases as well as all the songs which the Ateliers du Chemin Neuf produce, with their singing parts!
You can search for key words and for texts, by language, by bible reference as well as by title, page or new releases. It’s possible to filter your selection in all these ways and to find your perfect song in a few seconds!
In order to find your favourite songs more quickly, or to prepare for a service, it’s possible to create personal playlists. Each list can then be shared with other users via a code.
It’s also possible to integrate your own songs in the app thanks to a song import module in ChordPro format and to create songs directly in the app.
For some songs, you will also be able to access extracts on Spotify and YouTube in order to learn the melody or have it more fully. And so that you can be sure to start off on the right note, the app allows you to listen to the song. For Chemin Neuf Community songs, it’s even possible to listen to individual lines and voices.
You can put up your chords in French or international format, add a capo or transpose the song to make it easier to play, in just a few clicks!
