The material is organized to lead you deeper into Carmelite prayer and contemplation rather than to hand you a quick daily hit, and there is enough of it to return to for a long time.
What I appreciate is the depth. This is not a verse-a-day app; it is a doorway into a serious school of prayer, the world of Teresa of Avila, John of the Cross, and Therese of Lisieux. If you have read a Carmelite book and wanted to go further, having the order's own teaching and the witnesses of people who actually live it gathered in one place is a real gift.
