It comes from the Augustine Institute, which is a known name in solid Catholic formation, so the content is dependable. I appreciated that it does not try to be everything. It knows who it is for. The line about strengthening the man to strengthen the family and the Church runs through the whole thing, and the content backs it up rather than just repeating a slogan.
