Holy Rosary with audio

Holy Rosary with audio is a free Rosary app from an Italian developer that does one thing well — it generates the correct Rosary for the current day and prays it with you, with audio for each prayer. The mysteries cycle automatically by day of the week, or you can pick the set yourself.

You get the full Rosary — the Sign of the Cross, the Apostles' Creed, the Our Father, the ten Hail Marys per decade, the Glory Be, the Fatima prayer, the Hail Holy Queen at the end. The audio is in Italian by default, with other languages available; you can mute it and pray silently if you prefer. The app remembers where you stopped if you get interrupted, so you can pick up from the same Hail Mary later.

The "save your progress" feature is the small thing that makes a difference. Anyone who's tried to pray a Rosary while looking after children or during a work break knows the feeling of getting yanked away mid-decade. Coming back to the same bead instead of restarting is a small mercy that adds up.

Good for daily Rosary prayer on a commute or in fragments through the day. Useful for parents who pray with kids and need a guided audio version. Fine for anyone learning the Rosary who wants to hear the prayers said aloud.

The audio defaults can be confusing if you're not Italian-speaking — make sure you set the language on first open. The interface is functional rather than elegant. There's no Latin option, no music, no additional Catholic content beyond the Rosary itself.

Free, by Teaminformatico Apps. Available on the App Store: Holy Rosary with audio. A simple, reliable Rosary companion that doesn't get in its own way.
