Scriptural Rosary Lite is a small rosary app that pairs each Hail Mary with a short Scripture verse. It walks you through the Luminous or Sorrowful mysteries — a Lite version, not the full five sets.
The basics are all there. Each decade opens with a short reflection on the mystery, then each bead has its own line of Scripture. You can pick which Bible translation feeds those verses — Knox, the New American, or Douay-Rheims. There's an audio option if you'd rather listen than read, a Latin toggle for the prayers, a font size control, and a daily reminder. It even has a sync feature that lets you pray a rosary with someone else on a nearby device.
What I appreciate is the small scriptural framing on each bead. The Hail Mary is short enough that the mind can wander, and having one verse in front of you each time gives your attention something to settle on. It nudges meditation in the right direction without being heavy-handed.
Useful if you pray the rosary on a commute, in the morning before the house wakes up, or whenever you've left your beads at home. Also a quiet way to teach an older child or teen how the mysteries connect to actual Scripture, rather than treating the rosary as just a repeating prayer.
It's the Lite version, so you only get the Luminous and Sorrowful mysteries — no Joyful, Glorious, or weekly rotation. If you want the full set, you'll need the paid version. The audio is also basic and not as polished as larger apps like My Rosary or the Steubenville recordings.

Helping you to pray the Luminous or Sorrowful mystery of the rosary by providing verse from scripture for each Hail Mary. This will help you to meditate and keep focused on each mystery.
You can choose between the Knox Bible, the New American Bible, or Douay-Rheims Bible according to your preference.
To switch between Luminous and Sorrowful mysteries, you can go to the Settings and turn off the Luminous mystery option to switch to Sorrowful mysteries.
To give you a better reading experience, it is possible to adjust the font size to display the prayer.
You can continue right where you left off, if you get interrupted, because the app will save the place where you stopped.
If you prefer to have the prayers in Latin, they are also included in the app.
To encourage yourself to pray the rosary more often, there is a daily reminder feature.
If you prefer audio, activate the built-in audio feature or you can also record your own voice or your loved ones while reciting the Scriptural Rosary.
Include your petitions or thanksgiving within the app while praying the rosary with the custom opening or closing text feature.
You can even pray the rosary in a group with friends nearby, the screens synchronize between the devices by way of Bluetooth or WiFi.
The following languages are supported: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Indonesian.
