WeConnect Parish App

WeConnect Parish App is a tool that connects you to your Catholic parish on your phone. It is made by LPi, the company behind many of the printed bulletins you already pick up after Mass.

Once you find and follow your parish, the app pulls together Mass times, the latest bulletin, the parish calendar, staff contacts, and push notifications for news and events. It also carries the daily Bible readings, so even apart from your own parish's notices there is something to open each day. The layout is straightforward, built around tabs for the things you reach for most.

The part I find genuinely useful is having Mass times and the current bulletin in one place. How many of us have stood in a kitchen trying to remember whether the holy day Mass is at 7 or 7:30, or gone looking for the bulletin we set down somewhere. This puts that information a tap away, and the daily readings give it a reason to stay on your home screen.

It fits parish life well. Registered families can keep up with announcements, confession times, and event sign-ups without digging through email. A parish secretary or volunteer can push out a quick notice and know it lands. For someone new to a parish, it is an easy way to learn the schedule.

What to keep in mind is that the app is only as good as what your parish puts into it. If your parish does not use LPi or keeps its content thin, you will not get much. Coverage depends entirely on the parish, so two people using the same app can have very different experiences. It is a connector, not a devotional in its own right.
