Manna is a free app from the National Eucharistic Congress that gathers talks and teaching from the 2024 Eucharistic Congress in Indianapolis into one place. It is built around the Eucharist and growing as what the organizers call a Eucharistic missionary.

Most of what you get is video and audio sessions from the Congress and the Year of Mission that followed. There are talks from bishops, priests, and lay speakers on the Real Presence, adoration, and living the faith day to day. You browse by series or topic, and you can pick up where you left off. New material gets added over time rather than it being a fixed, finished library.

I came to it having missed the Congress itself, and that is really where it earns its keep. The big talks that thousands of people heard in person are sitting right there for free, and you can take them in slowly over weeks instead of all at once. Listening to a session on adoration before a holy hour changed how I prayed that hour.

It is a good fit for anyone who went to the Congress and wants to revisit it, parish groups looking for solid video for a study night, or someone who simply wants well-made Catholic teaching on the Eucharist without hunting around. The content is squarely Catholic and faithful to the Church.

It is not a prayer app or a daily devotional, so do not expect a rosary or the day's readings here. It leans on the Congress, so if that event does not interest you, some of the framing will feel specific to it. You also need a connection to stream, and the library depends on the organization keeping it fed.
