Signs and Wonders is a small reference app about reported miracles in the modern age. It gathers accounts of unexplained events and lays them out so you can read through them one at a time.

The app was inspired by Carlo Acutis, the teenager who built a website cataloguing Eucharistic miracles back in 2005 and who has since been recognized by the Church. What it is not is a work of formal Church investigation, and it is not a devotional. It is one person's collection, offered carefully, so treat it as a starting point for your own reading rather than the final word. It is also fairly quiet, with not much to do beyond read.
