The app was inspired by Carlo Acutis, the teenager who built a website cataloguing Eucharistic miracles back in 2005 and who has since been recognized by the Church. In the same spirit, this app collects miracles that have at least a reasonable level of documentation, whether multiple witnesses or investigations by outside parties, rather than just passing stories.
What I appreciate is the tone. The developer is upfront that a claimed miracle invites both faith and scrutiny, and that you are free to believe, to doubt, or to stay unsure. That is the honest way to handle this subject. It does not push you, and it does not pretend every account is settled fact.
